Wait saved inside the camp, changed to third person view, walked slowly by using caps lock, and tried walking sideways to the front door, after several tries and crashes I got in. What I tried out of desperation worked but not 100% all the time. I've been playing NV for months and never crashed inside Mcarren until after new patch. The only good thing is I've completed all the quests related to the outside of Camp McCarran (Three-card bounty, I put a spell on you, etc) before 1.3 update, now I only need to use coc command to teleport myself in the building for other quests or buying stuff. Hell, I can't even be close about 50m near the back of the terminal building (from the back door of Contreras' supply shack).
The game will always CTD when I'm about 30m near the terminal building. Got the same problem today, it's my first time to Camp McCarran after 1.3 update.Īt first I can enter the terminal building, but after I left Camp McCarran (like going to Jacobstown) there's no way I can get back it.
